For example, if the Email you need to find is 4MB then you will need to type size:4MB in the search bar. This is going to eliminate all Emails that are of that size of bigger. You can also combine the name of the person who sent you the Email with the size of the Email.
If the Email if bigger than a given size, then you can use the following parameter: larger: size in MB. If you want to get a little more technical, you can also search for the Email in bytes. For example, you can type 600000 after larger. Gmail will know what to do, and it leaves out the Emails that are bigger than 0.5MB.

To look for smaller Emails, you’re going to need to use the smaller search parameter. You would need to type something like smaller: size in MB here. You can also use it with other search parameters.
